We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: S &amp; OP Business Partner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Requisition ID:<\/strong> R2646275<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Head Supply Chain<br \/>\n<strong>Function:<\/strong> Supply Chain<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead the Integrated Business Planning process for the affiliate and ensure an updated 36 months rolling forecast to drive business performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the demand planning of the affiliate through responsive forecasting process.<\/li>\n<li>To lead and manage the S &amp; OP processes of the affiliate with the various functions of the business.<\/li>\n<li>To analyze data and monitor key forecast performance indices, plan and execute improvement actions where required<\/li>\n<li>Serve as Kinaxis End User ensuring timely upload of manual baseline forecast and other related tasks.<\/li>\n<li>To support supply chain team and NG management in continuous supply chain process improvement projects with delivery of results within define timelines, qualitatively and within budget cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal: Marketing, Key Accounts, Finance, Regulatory &amp; Export Customer Platform, Supply Chain Centers, Sanofi Plants, Product Leaders<\/li>\n<li>External: 3PL providers, Local Toll Manufacturer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree from a reputable institution preferably with background in Engineering, Sciences or Commercial courses<\/li>\n<li>Possess minimum of three (3) years demonstrable working experience in similar position or organization.<\/li>\n<li>Have a working knowledge of key forecasting toolkits\/ Kinaxis\/SAP with advance level skill of functions and formulas in Microsoft excel.<\/li>\n<li>Have a detailed understanding of inventory control \/ management systems with strong analytical &amp; problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently &amp; effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure with limited supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a relevant professional qualification and\/or suitable background experience in Logistics\/distributions management will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sanofi.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/SanofiCareers\/job\/Lagos\/S-OP-Business-Partner_R2646275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sanofi is dedicated to supporting people through their health challenges.
