In its modest period of existence, the company has excelled in the field of Electro-Mechanical Installations, Telecommunication Engineering, Sales &amp; Comprehensive Maintenance of Generators of various capacities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Business Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Northern Region (Kano \/ Zamfara)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Group Managing Director (GMD)<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are part of a group of companies; major player in the downstream oil and gas distribution sector. Following business growth and expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a Regional Business Manager to manage our growing Northern operations with regional head office in Kano.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a professional with previous hands-on experience of up to 10 years either in business development, business administration, customer services, business operations or business management.<\/li>\n<li>He will have great business acumen with tangible experience dealing and relating with government regulatory bodies along with experience in business to business relations.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should not be less than 40years old, speak hausa fluently, be familiar with the northern terrane and have experience managing people and business.<\/li>\n<li>He or she should be open to interstate travel in line with the business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities include the following core functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity for the company<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of business goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitableresources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to head office to help improve efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with partners\/vendors\/suppliers\/government regulatory bodies<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports<\/li>\n<li>Assess overall company performance against objectives<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at meetings, events, conferences etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to legal requirements and guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND \/ BSc in any of the arts or social sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 work experience.<\/li>\n<li>The last 5 years must be in manager\/leadership role within a structured business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to network effectively to broker relations with government agencies and business contacts<\/li>\n<li>Professional development and training is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Should have understanding and in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to our business<\/li>\n<li>Should have good report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should be personable, proactive and flexible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Regional Business Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The AMA-ZUMA GROUP was established on the basis of integrity and commitment to excellence.
