We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Palmgroove, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Sector:<\/strong> Automobile Repair<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Manager should be able to act as a liaison between clients and departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.<\/li>\n<li>Also assist with making sales, handling clients&#8217; complaints and improving the overall customer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling of company&#8217;s services.<\/li>\n<li>Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with staff members required for service fulfillment to ensure consistent satisfactory service.<\/li>\n<li>Work with prospective clients and onboard new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients&#8217; needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc\u00a0in a relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years of Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry(auto-repairs).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Account Management and revenue generating experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge(automobile) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as an automobile advisor<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates who meet with the above requirements will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
