We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal Assistant (Male)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointment, often controlling access to the M.D\u2019s Office<\/li>\n<li>Manages the company\/M.D\u2019s correspondence via email, letters etc<\/li>\n<li>Assist in documentation and recording of day-to-day activities such as memos, letters etc.<\/li>\n<li>Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Make detailed note of minutes of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Send notice to staffs on official matters<\/li>\n<li>Control and maintain the databases and MD\u2019s filling system\/ Cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and maintaining procedures\/administrative systems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer confidence and protect all operational information<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with executive and senior management staff in resolving queries<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposal for prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Plan and organize meetings, event and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings with the MD at client\u2019s office<\/li>\n<li>Conduct or prepare any research for the MD and any ad-hoc request<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the monthly security report for clients.<\/li>\n<li>And any other assigned duty from management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND or B.Sc qualification<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a personal assistant<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and human relation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>MS office and English proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational\/administrative and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload<\/li>\n<li>Must be proactive, tactful and diplomatic.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be patient and remain calm in stressful situations.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should reside around surulere and its environs (Added Advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Male preferably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:humanresources.royalsec@outlook.com\">humanresources.royalsec@outlook.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Royalsec Company Limited is a notable Industrial Security Organization with over three decades in Nigeria.
