We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Code:<\/strong>LPT\/NL\/ECO1<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an organized and driven operations officer that will effectively manage our operations. Potential candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding business intellect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the supply chain plans and direct daily company administrative processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all orders are fulfilled and work flows are managed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory in Warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and maintain inventory<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with customers and ensure satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Support the day to day 3PL business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Review the current inventory and replenishment processes across eCommerce accounts and improve the operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Work with eCommerce team to review\/setup operational KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on KPIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>NYSC Discharge certificate<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years cognate experience<\/li>\n<li>A comprehensive understanding of logistic systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in ecommerce sales<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, Power Point &amp; Word)<\/li>\n<li>Respectful of deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000.00 net monthly, Pension, HMO and Insurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n23rd May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:lopterrarecruitment@gmail.com\">lopterrarecruitment@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Code as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lopterra is a unique training and consultancy organization with offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Johannesburg, South Africa.
