We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin \/ Facility \/ HSE Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Magodo \/ Shagisha, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring the daily security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the organization&#8217;s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for the day to day running of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Manage all office locations maintenance requests<\/li>\n<li>Plan and supervise new office location set-up<\/li>\n<li>Allocate and manage workstations for all office locations<\/li>\n<li>Manage all office location physical Security Services<\/li>\n<li>Handle first-level negotiations with facility maintenance vendors, and ensure timely payment<\/li>\n<li>Manage all office locations HSE and Security regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Office service assistants management<\/li>\n<li>Make request for facility-related purchases and obtain approval<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting buildings&#8217; structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n<li>Be in charge of monitoring company vehicles to ensure all necessary papers are obtained as at when due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualification And Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite (Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:febol_gkk@live.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">febol_gkk@live.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Admin \/ Facility Officer&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Febol &amp; GKK Nigeria Limited was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company on the 18th day of February 1994 with RC No. 240034.
