The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Talent Specialist (Supervisor)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consult and partner with line managers\/heads of department to incorporate operational\/functional requirements and implement training needs assessments (TNA).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage evaluation methods and reporting metrics to support the measurement of programme effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. This will be enhanced by using of a variety of sourcing methods\/strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for current and future roles<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, and onboarding process to deliver the ultimate hire process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Management or Social Science or any related discipline from a reputable University\/ Polytechnic.<\/li>\n<li>CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD, CIPM.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years cumulative cognate experience in an HR\/Learning &amp; Development role.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Performance Management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational\/time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of an Applicants Tracking System (ATS) or SAP HR.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Advanced interviewing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues \u2013 especially for top Engineering\/Project Management talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primary Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ HND in Management or Social Science or any related discipline, CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD, CIPM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobarkintl.com\/careers\/#viewJob=Req-1799\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry.
