We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Product Design Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an experienced, data-driven &amp; highly technical product management professional with an extensive background in building solutions for small businesses including payments and wallets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the product vision and plan the roadmap for driving unassisted orders and self-services at Maxibuy.<\/li>\n<li>Perform in-depth analyses of user cohorts in terms of key commercial metrics and user\u2019s attributes to guide roadmap decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive design, prototyping, testing and solution development of key features to attract &amp; retain more users.<\/li>\n<li>Run frequent field trips and in-person user research to deepen your understanding of the target persona and their most pressing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Lead sprint execution in collaboration with engineering management.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate, coordinate &amp; collaborate with technology stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and orchestrate feature releases in collaboration with Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Measure &amp; report success on implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in designing &amp; implementing software for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product \/ category search &amp; discovery<\/li>\n<li>Shopping cart &amp; checkout design<\/li>\n<li>Mobile money payments<\/li>\n<li>Returns management<\/li>\n<li>Order tracking experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hello@maxibuy.co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hello@maxibuy.co<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th May, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maxibuy.co is an eCommerce platform in Nigeria where you can buy your everyday products at better pricing when you buy in bulk.
