We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Dispatch Rider<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ketu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nDispatch Rider\u2019s job description containsa variety of roles including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of itemsavailability,<\/li>\n<li>Also keeps customersinformed by informing them of shipment date, method, and current status; answering questions.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ride company\u2019s motorcycle to accomplish official duties<\/li>\n<li>Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the on all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for updating the Drivers\u2019 Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.<\/li>\n<li>Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents\/ particulars are updated and validat all times.<\/li>\n<li>Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for internal and external mails distribution when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Transporting and receiving invoices, products and documents items quickly by motorcycle.<\/li>\n<li>Record information, such as products received and delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, develop and dispatch products effectively to retail customers in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that products are available, visible and accessible in retail outlets in assigned territory\/locations.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up a weekly route plans and commit to same.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt and correct products pickupsand recordingthem.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct product are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle.<\/li>\n<li>Effective use of real-time Apps.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with sales supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance and reconciliation of products from retail outlets to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc).<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a minimum of S.S.C.E \/ N.E.C.O \/ OND \/ N.C.E<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 10 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to ride motorcycle efficiently\/professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Must have complete Rider\u2019s License.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work weekdays and some weekends<\/li>\n<li>Be Hardworking, Diligent, and possess Positive Energy<\/li>\n<li>Must be physically fitand always dress smartly considering the Organization\u2019s Dress Code.<\/li>\n<li>Should be reliable and punctual<\/li>\n<li>Must have a mature working attitude<\/li>\n<li>Be friendly and Presentable<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent road navigation knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Basic sales and Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Merchandising and Excellent communication, reading and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have the willingness to workonflexible schedules<\/li>\n<li>Personal organization and self-discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.<\/li>\n<li>Polite and able to get along with people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitments@lancetrend.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitments@lancetrend.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th May, 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualifiied candidates will be selected for Interviews.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lance Trend Limited &#8211; We are an ICT firm, a solely indigenous company with all its Directors in Nigeria.
