We provide interior design and Smarthome accessories such as CCTV, Sound systems, Home Decors, Indoor Cinemas, Fixtures, and Fittings. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain \/ organize project files, schedules, and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Site survey \/ measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the entire team, in-office, and with outside consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Master&#8217;s Degree in Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in architectural Systems and Knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Concern for order, quality, and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe editing system.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and have the ability to work under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with excellent personnel management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent use of Architectural Software (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit designs, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in architectural document production and team coordination.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth ability to read, develop and interpret architectural drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop, communicate, and present design concepts orally and graphically.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Revit, Sketch-Up, and AutoCAD Suite is required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and interest in high-performance architectural design.<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with National and International Codes, Standards, and Architectural Practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N80,000 &#8211; N100,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/Dq7JVmvtSZHBcSFz7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPO Designs Limited is an architectural and interior design company.
