By collaborating with global and local development and private entities- such as governments, bilateral and multilateral donors, nongovernmental organizations, and the private sector, we draw on the breadth and wealth of experience in diverse environments or ecosystems. 360HSDC has a multifaceted team of experts with proficiency and experience in tackling the growing incidence of communicable and non-communicable diseases in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Program Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Program Officer will grow the program by working in collaboration with staff of the organization to develop project proposals, engage with existing and potential donors, and produce written materials for both internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>S\/He will also play a significant role in directly contributing to the success of the project by delivering technical assistance and providing subject matter expertise and support.<\/li>\n<li>This position will be based in Ogun State.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptualize, plan and manage 360HSDC\u2019s support to the HIV\/AIDS testing program in the State<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate key program strategies and results for the project<\/li>\n<li>Overall monitoring and analysis of the program environment and advise on timely readjustments of strategies and activities<\/li>\n<li>Identify new areas of support and facilitate implementation of new initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Close communication with all stakeholders and promotion of 360HSDC\u2019s mandate; provide recommendations and program\/policy advice based on results<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government and civil society counterparts<\/li>\n<li>Organize and participate as a resource person in advocacy meetings, round-tables, training workshops and other meetings related to specific HIV\/AIDS issues<\/li>\n<li>Review, analyze, and evaluate technical reports and other materials relating to the project<\/li>\n<li>Represent the project in technical forums at field level<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the donor progress report writing, continuation application and quarterly review report writing and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual project performance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Development Studies, or other related Social Sciences or Medical Degree; Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3 years minimum experience, in all-inclusive HIV testing services with focus on index case testing (ICT) and targeted PITC, PMTCT, with a mix of both community and facility strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of LGAs in Ogun state is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the local communities, cultures and geography of the State.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of new business development for health, proposal writing and budget development.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of company\u2019s main clients and its operations.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communications skills and ability to draft and deliver timely quality evaluation reports.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English required; Fluency in any local language in the project state will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@360hsdc.org\"><strong>hr@360hsdc.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Program Officer Ogun&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>360 Health Systems Diagnostics and Correction (360HSDC) is a sister organization to Idmibok International.
