We are recruiting a highly competent individual to join our expanding team in the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position requires an innovative and competent individual\u00a0with the ability to manage our construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>You should also possess extensive experience in construction projects and the ability to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe essential duties of the Senior\u00a0Civil Engineer\u00a0include but are not limited to the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and overseeing all stages of the project from conception to completion<\/li>\n<li>Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Preparing work schedules and allocating resources as well as supervising junior engineers, and construction site workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\u00a0in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>5 years proven working experience in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Coren certification is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>HIgh level of proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc<\/li>\n<li>High level of skill utilization in project management, communication, problem solving\u00a0and interpersonal skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:rivetonhr@gmail.com\">rivetonhr@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the the Job Title as the subject of\u00a0the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Riveton Developments Limited is a\u00a0startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria.
