We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire candidates who have knowledge of banking operations and excellent marketing and selling skills with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 Relationship Manager experience in all our branches across in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Objective(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To establish and maintain positive customer relationships towards the growth revenue for the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approach customers with the aim of winning new business,<\/li>\n<li>Meet with existing customers to strengthen business relationships with a view to increase financial growth of the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Aggressively market the bank\u2019s products to ensure favorable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up customers with dormant accounts, convince to resume dealings with the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Implement marketing strategies \/ programs laid out by the bank to boost profit.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve set deposit targets \/ contributions by acquiring business \/ investment deals from private, public, individuals and corporates.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documentation on the creation of risk assets to increase business office profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Sell \/ cross-sell and upsell the banks products.<\/li>\n<li>Market the brand.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the business manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any related field.<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 years of relationship manager experience from a commercial bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to evaluate needs of customers, and determine what products or services would best serve those needs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Must be strong, tenacious and persuasive.<\/li>\n<li>Strong selling \/ marketing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-driven, and have a passion for marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Good relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and possess excellent networking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of the products and services of the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of finance, accounting and economics.<\/li>\n<li>Business development and acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Banking operations, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of selling \/ marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of current business trends and CBN regulatory laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we expect from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised, proactive, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with ability to work under pressure and ability to work with a wide variety of people and maintain excellent business relationship.<\/li>\n<li>High sense of confidentiality and discreteness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you should expect from us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our corporate culture is defined by our core values.
