We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Ref No:<\/strong> 2206041900W<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Job Function:<\/strong> Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sector \/ Organization Overview:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>OneMD \/ MISSA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MISSA geography covers Maghreb (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco), Iran, and Sub-Saharan Africa. The total NTS is ca. $60MM: Approximately $11MM in SSA, ca. $11MM in Maghreb, and ca. $38MM in Iran.<\/li>\n<li>The product portfolio is wide, including virtually all Ethicon products, virtually all Depuy-Synthes products, and virtually all BSW products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Summary of the Job \/ Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across MISSA (Maghreb + Iran + Sub-Saharan Africa) on Ethicon Wound Closure and Ethicon Biosurgery portfolios or Ethicon Endomech and Energy. For perspective, the size of this business is ca. $25 million. Amongst others, some of the key responsibilities _ across MISSA _ are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting the overall marketing strategy for the assigned platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Market opportunity mapping \/assessment, and market segmentation;<\/li>\n<li>Development of marketing master plan and activity grid;<\/li>\n<li>Insight generation;<\/li>\n<li>KOL development;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Pricing and Commercial Teams on the development of \u201cpricing strategy\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Leading commercial education;<\/li>\n<li>Leading NPI \/ New product launches;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the cross-functional teams towards delivering the overall MISSA vision and business results vs. the agreed targets;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with EMEA Ethicon Franchise Team to get learnings and strategic guidance; and then using the \u201cfilter of MISSA reality\u201d to apply these to MISSA where relevant;<\/li>\n<li>Travel requirements are approximately 25% of the time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Performance Measures (Performance Goals):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinking;<\/li>\n<li>Strong marketing execution across all areas of responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Strong ownership and execution of Commercial Education;<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer engagement;<\/li>\n<li>Sales Growth;<\/li>\n<li>New Product Launches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Any University Degree;<\/li>\n<li>Years of Experience: At least 5 years of work-experience, primarily in commercial \/ marketing roles. Experience in two of the mentioned platforms\u201dwound closure, biosurgery, Endomechanical, energy\u201d is a MUST;<\/li>\n<li>Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
