TruckNG enables efficient management and supervision of all operations via a user-friendly digital logistics platform. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Diesel Mechanic (DAF Trucks)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running diagnostic tests on vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing diagnostic test results.<\/li>\n<li>Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems.<\/li>\n<li>Checking vehicle lighting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Test driving vehicles to gauge performance.<\/li>\n<li>Performing preventative maintenance on service trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a parts inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for mathematics and science.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components.<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and able to lift up to 150 pounds.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good organization skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@truck.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@truck.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TRUCK.NG is simplifying the landscape of trucking and transportation of goods through a digital logistics platform.
