These are Ama-Zuma Services Limited, Ama-Zuma Oil &amp; Gas Nigeria Limited and Ama-Zuma Bureau De Change.<\/p>\n<p>Ama-Zuma Services Limited is the first of the three companies and was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company on the 13th of April 2005, with RC No. 0019499. In its modest period of existence, the company has excelled in the field of Electro-Mechanical Installations, Telecommunication Engineering, Sales &amp; Comprehensive Maintenance of Generators of various capacities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule Egba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervises the cleaners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the premises are clean and well weeded.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report all necessary repairs on any part of the building.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor fuel level and routine maintenance of office generating set.<\/li>\n<li>Raise request memos for office generator once the fuel level is at 600litres<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage electricity and electricity bills for the office.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Hilux vehicles and hold meetings with the drivers weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the condition, performance and mileage of all vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for the servicing of each vehicle as and when due.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the movement of vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the renewal of all vehicle papers as and when due.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out spot inspection on vehicles that are sent to regions.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend exit pass for all the Hilux vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Generate all admin related memos.<\/li>\n<li>Collation of bills to be paid to artisans and cleaners before the end of the month<\/li>\n<li>Register and dispatch memos for effective tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Record and process gate pass, and petty cash as required and instructed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain an accurate record of the company\u2019s assets and ensure that the relevant updates are made across all departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office supplies stock and place orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update company databases<\/li>\n<li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents<\/li>\n<li>Answer queries by employees and clients<\/li>\n<li>Update Office policies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<li>Book meeting rooms as required<\/li>\n<li>Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Schedule in-house and external events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Job Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>5 or 6 years relevant experience in an administrative role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and stress management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Microsoft Office, Word Excel PowerPoint &amp; Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of Office procedures<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a copy of their updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Admin Officer&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
