ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
\n\u2022 Monitoring \u2013 Systems (OS and hardware), databases, application and user experience
\n\u2022 Service\/Event Management
\n\u2022 Workload Automation
\n\u2022 Data Centre Automation
\n\u2022 Capacity and performance management and optimization
\n\u2022 Intelligent notification
\n\u2022 Call ticketing for the generated events
\n\u2022 Discovery and dependency mapping \u2013 Configuration Management System
\n\u2022 Availability Management<\/p>\n
EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS
\n\u2022 First degree in any discipline preferably computer science or any related science course.
\n\u2022 OS (either Unix or Windows) certification or at least 3 years\u2019 experience
\n\u2022 BMC product certification or training
\n\u2022 Knowledge of other non BMC ESM tools
\n\u2022 ITIL v3 Foundation certification
\n\u2022 Good database administration knowledge
\n\u2022 Moderate experience in scripting
\n\u2022 At least 3 years\u2019 experience in IT
\n\u2022 At least 2 years\u2019 experience in the tool being supported
\n\u2022 Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
\n\u2022 Excellent troubleshooting skills
\n\u2022 Excellent team work skills
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent customer service skills
\n\u2022 Excellent technical and business report writing skills
\n\u2022 Good problem solving and analytical abilities
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Basic Project Management skills
\n\u2022 Technical Lead Requirements
\n\u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience ESM and at least Admin level on 3 of the deployed tools \u2013 Trained
\n\u2022 Workload Automation Requirements
\n\u2022 BMC product training and certification on Workload Automation tools<\/p>\n
