We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Assistant to the GMD<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the execution of strategic projects in the GMD\u2019s Office. Led the internal execution of financial advisory transactions and due diligence.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth industry, market, and company-specific research for the evaluation of new business opportunities. Contribute to the structuring of new opportunities and transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare pro forma financial analysis and develop financial models for the company\u2019s projects including portfolio companies, where applicable,<\/li>\n<li>Perform asset management duties including reporting, budget tracking, compliance, and project oversight.
