We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Personnel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajao Estate, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Industries\/Sector:<\/strong> FMCG<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you\u2019ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling on policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement effective onboarding plans<\/li>\n<li>Develop training and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performance management processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience as a Human Resources Personnel<\/li>\n<li>Has FMCG experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR functions (pay &amp; benefits, recruitment, training &amp; development etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethics and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Close proximity to Ajao Estate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:happiness@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">happiness@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
