{"id":162343,"date":"2022-06-02T08:20:17","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T07:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=162343"},"modified":"2022-06-02T13:38:34","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T12:38:34","slug":"ascentech-services-limited-ongoing-job-vacancy-apply-now-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/ascentech-services-limited-ongoing-job-vacancy-apply-now-22.html","title":{"rendered":"Ascentech Services Limited Ongoing Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited &#8211; Our client, a medical and laboratory retail sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Iganmu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office by answering incoming calls, attending to visitors, replying to general correspondence, and dealing with enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Providing and helping customers fill out an enquiry form<\/li>\n<li>Explaining the enrolment process to clients<\/li>\n<li>Documenting client&#8217;s information in the Customer Relation Management system.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and oversee the general cleanliness of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate general office activities such as office courier service, office telephone, office cleaning services, office utility bills (power, water, Wi-Fi, security)<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of office equipment, and property; arrange for repairs when necessary.
