We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour<\/li>\n<li>Preparing tender and contract documents<\/li>\n<li>Assigning work to subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Advising on the maintenance costs<\/li>\n<li>Submitting regular budget reports<\/li>\n<li>Following building regulations and health and safety<\/li>\n<li>Working at a client\u2019s business, in an office or on a construction site<\/li>\n<li>Provide overall coordination of the construction quality management for all project<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the organisation, maintenance and control of the quality system<\/li>\n<li>Review work procedures and work plan for compliancewith good work practice<\/li>\n<li>Review all inspection reports for compliance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare non conformance report to theProject Manager and assist in developing corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.\/ HND in Quantity Survey<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years experience<\/li>\n<li>A higher degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Details oriented and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Relevant skills, training and certifications will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:kareem.sherif@rosettee-construction.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kareem.sherif@rosettee-construction.net<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosettee Construction is a construction company that has been incorporated for over three (3) Decades, offering productive and seamless services.
