{"id":162475,"date":"2022-06-06T08:20:13","date_gmt":"2022-06-06T07:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=162475"},"modified":"2022-06-06T19:29:28","modified_gmt":"2022-06-06T18:29:28","slug":"the-hr-hive-ongoing-job-vacancy-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/the-hr-hive-ongoing-job-vacancy-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"The HR Hive Ongoing Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HR Hive &#8211; Our client, Arch Nubiotics Limited, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Executive \/ IVF Lab Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrior to the opening of the Clinic, the Executive Assistant will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with construction and design team<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with webdesign team<\/li>\n<li>Take minutes during all meetings and create a task list with deadlines for all parties involved<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks as directed by the MD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>After the opening of the Clinic and commencement of substantive business, the Executive Assistant will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disseminate information from the MD\u2019s office to the OFC and NL staff through memos<\/li>\n<li>Organise and Manage the MD\u2019s schedule<\/li>\n<li>Minute meetings and create action points for all parties involved.
