\/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are recruiting Analysts to join an infra fund manager with investment interests across Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>The Fund manager (based in Nigeria) is currently managing millions of dollars (Naira denominated) Fund and is in the process of investing capital across a variety of infra sub sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Summary of the Job Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This individual will be responsible for providing research and information to help management make decisions about Investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>He\/she will also be responsible for the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Growth Strategies: Market opportunity analysis, identification of future trends, new\u00a0 market entry strategies, Competitive analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning to mention a few.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and evaluate long-term strategic investments, opportunities, businesses, and alliances<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the implementation of company\u2019s investment strategy, policy framework and investment criteria for evaluating prospective projects<\/li>\n<li>Craft and Implement the Employer\u2019s Investment Strategy and Policy Framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Research:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide relevant industry research news summary to Executive Management and Investors on a regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments<\/li>\n<li>Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies<\/li>\n<li>Provide up to date information on the financial market\u2019s activities, latest economic trend in the country in order to rightly position company in the local and global market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with the development of new and innovative financing structures<\/li>\n<li>Assist Management in monitoring of portfolio companies as well as source deals and supporting transactions<\/li>\n<li>Developing marketing materials \/ pitch packs and PowerPoint presentations,reviewand update of market commentaries, Confidential Information Memorandum, written analyses, research, inancial statement analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fund-raising \/ RoadShow \/ Investor Collateral Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the Chief Investment Officer to agree on targets, strategies and tactics for fundraising from investor companies and individuals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate capital raised rives for Funds; Develop and refine fund raising process, defining activities, responsibilities and key milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>Certified Financial Analyst certification or CFA Level II assessment passed<\/li>\n<li>Associate member of any of the accounting professional body (ICAN,ACCA,CIS,etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Finance or MBA, will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 years\u2019 post-graduate finance \/ banking experience, largely gained within a Leveraged Finance context or professional services environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Deals Advisory \/ Valuation of a top tier consulting firm is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong><br \/>\nAttractive based on qualification and wealth of experience.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates
