We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin and Logistics Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Aba, Abia<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Administrative:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep colleagues appraised of developments in own area as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to staff meetings, and other internal meetings with appropriate content , views<\/li>\n<li>and suggestions<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill requirements of internal staff management processes including performance reviews, supervisory meetings, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to general emails and forward to the appropriate members of staff<\/li>\n<li>Provide orientation for new staff, visitors or consultants on the use of the general office equipment and other office systems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office equipment and oversee repairs<\/li>\n<li>Manage the office fleet and approve any private vehicle hire<\/li>\n<li>Oversee vehicle repairs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office logs on travel, inventory and fuel usage for generator, vehicles etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordination and Logistics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all project administrative activities are coordinated effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate workshop\/training events as required, including hotel liaison, participant confirmation, invitations, travel arrangements, supplies and materials, equipment hire and providing point of contact support for participants at events;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and provide logistical support for Project activities, including travel arrangements, visas, field visits, and DFAT\/counterpart visits;<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to team members<\/li>\n<li>Review supplier contracts and contracts for terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration,Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of work experience as a Administrator and Logistics officer<\/li>\n<li>Basic accounting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jcolesonconsulting@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jcolesonconsulting@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J-Coleson Consulting is a leader for managing HR solutions.
