We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Route to Market Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b>\u00a0Nigeria (International Breweries H\/O)<br \/>\n<strong>Ref No:<\/strong> 30017542<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>The\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Key Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Key Purpose of this role is exists for a Route-To-Market Manager in our Sales Team.<\/li>\n<li>The Route-To-Market Manager will spearhead a comprehensive change process that will bring about major improvements to the way we sell, distribute and make available our products to our trade and consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Outputs and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct EDS surveys where appropriate and necessary to determine real outlet universe.<\/li>\n<li>Use suitable extrapolation techniques to estimate outlet universe outside geographies subjected to EDS as well as estimated consumer intensities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Tech sales team to assess financial aspects of RTM mappings and determine measured approaches<\/li>\n<li>Update the RTM process from a strategic point of view, including relevant market changes &amp; resources limitations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with distribution &amp; procurement with regards to 3rd party transport tendering process to ensure alignment with RTM objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the smooth implementation of DMS\/ SF integration as per agreed project parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that DMS is fully integrated and embedded into working and reporting models and its commercial chain.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ongoing DMS information and insights are used as a tool of RTM management to drive continuous improvement in our RTM capability.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate within the Area to improve the distributor compensation model that will incentivise volume, share growth and delivery performance<\/li>\n<li>Understand the cost of distribution by the distributors relative to the margins (split between rural and urban plus geographic size of the territory)<\/li>\n<li>Determine optimal margins for Bulk-breakers channel based on geography<\/li>\n<li>Update the Sales resourcing design every 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The occupant of this position should possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a First Degree in either Business Administration or the Humanities<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years FMCG experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent management &amp; leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of market structures and consumer trends in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Numeracy Skills \u2013 ability to work with detailed analysis<\/li>\n<li>Process and Project management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to persuade and get results through managing diverse group<\/li>\n<li>High attention to details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wd1.myworkdaysite.com\/en-US\/recruiting\/abinbev\/NGA\/job\/Nigeria-International-Breweries-HO\/ROUTE-TO-MARKET-MANAGER_30017542\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AB InBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
