We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Technology Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type: <\/strong>Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Overall Strategic Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set the firm\u2019s technical vision, develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the firm\u2019s technology and systems evolve at a pace that continues to exceed client and business expectations<\/li>\n<li>Lead the strategy for application delivery, technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships<\/li>\n<li>Foster an agile and continuous improvement culture within the firm<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate fidelity to the organization\u2019s culture in words and deeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategic Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop technical policies, processes, and procedures to achieve operational needs, and ensure adherence<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and scale the firm&#8217;s technology in terms of people, systems, and processes<\/li>\n<li>Make decisions that impact the current and future operations of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People and Operations Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, mentor, and provide sound technical leadership to a high performing, world-class and collaborative engineering team<\/li>\n<li>Lead the engineering team in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality products\/features and business tools.<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to understand and translate the business needs to sought after products by our clients<\/li>\n<li>Define the product road map in collaboration with the product management team<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain excellent documentation of all specifications, systems, and procedures Automate operational delivery and management processes from build\/test\/deploy to monitoring, alerting and capacity management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all technological practices comply with regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or related fields<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years working in a technological role<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of managerial experience leading diverse teams of engineers<\/li>\n<li>Experience building financial products is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of PHP, Python, Nodejs, React, JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in using SQL, MySQL,<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience with CI\/CD deployment process<\/li>\n<li>Experience in server management, vulnerability assessment, security, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@conceptgroup-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@conceptgroup-ng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0 <\/strong>13th July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Concept Nova is a subsidiary of the Concept Group and is Africa\u2019s fastest growing technology solutions company, specializing in Business Intelligence, Asset Management and Remote Monitoring solutions.
