We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki &#8211; Epe, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire Managers for our Hubs at Sangotedo and Orofun in the Ibeju Lekki axis of Lagos.<\/li>\n<li>They will ensure the smooth running of the hubs as well as drive and support the Sales Agents to meet assigned sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize operations in the hub<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customer enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain profession relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with products, their features and prices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of raw materials for production<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of finished goods to meet demands<\/li>\n<li>Ensure machines are up and running<\/li>\n<li>Organize delivery of orders in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Strategize and coordinate with Sales Agents to source new leads and grow market share<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update sales and customer records<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales targets are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in sales would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Business management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/cgHJxyW8piQi1raf9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st July, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buffalocrete Construct Limited is a concrete and steel product manufacturer.
