We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Inventory Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of inventories, maintain stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for bank payments, PAYE and statutory payments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records.<\/li>\n<li>Handle petty cash requisitions and retirement of funds.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain record of approved documents and confidential files.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes\/material lists.<\/li>\n<li>Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in a related Social Science course.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required<\/li>\n<li>High degree of independence, creativity and commitment<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytic and communication skills, ability to write clearly and succinctly under time pressure and to make well organized verbal presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under high pressure of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@costarchem.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@costarchem.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline; <\/strong>24th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costarchem Nigeria is a world leader in the delivery of tailored constructive solutions for virtually any type of construction project, combining high-quality products, expert technical support, customer service and innovation&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3,4],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Costarchem Nigeria Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
