We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Recruitment<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Magodo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The recruitment head will work closely with our recruitment team to manage the sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she is responsible for designing a recruitment process that is faithful to the organization\u2019s hiring strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor the Recruitment Processes.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reviewing CVs, Optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and conducting mock interviews for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assisting clients with the recruitment of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate corporate and individual training<\/li>\n<li>Participating in career events and job fairs for the purpose of networking with potential candidates<\/li>\n<li>Building the professional network of the company by maintaining strategic relationships with partners, colleges, and HR professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Humane Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of recruitment processes<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@innkeeper.work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@innkeeper.work<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Innkeeper is a digital inn that provides individuals with in-demand tech skills that position them to be more employable and financially independent.
