We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Farm Worker<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you like working with your hands and getting your hands dirty? If your response is yes, a job as a farmworker would be ideal for you as this is onein which no two days are ever the same. It&#8217;s possible that one day you&#8217;ll be expected to gather veggies and the next, manage weeds around crops on the farm field.<\/li>\n<li>You need not worry if there is a skill you are not familiar with because you will work closely with the head farmer and receive in-depth instruction there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate several different types of machinery, including tractors, irrigation equipment and harvesters<\/li>\n<li>Clean housing areas of animals once a week or more frequently if a certain area becomes uninhabitable<\/li>\n<li>Harvest by hand and check every item to ensure it meets farm\u2019s standards while tossing away items that do not pass that threshold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSCE \/ GCE \/ NECO \/ OND.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of how to use farm equipments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent physical stamina<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet strict deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application \/ CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@farmyad.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@farmyad.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Farmyad Enterprises is an agricultural technology platform created for a cause to strengthenfood security and create agro investment opportunities in Africa.
