We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Nutrition Advisor (Multiple Slots)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Across Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Position Type:<\/strong> One-Year Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently looking to hire Nutrition Advisors across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he would assist in providing factual and scientific information on infant nutrition to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in assigned territories based on identified needs, within the limits of the WHO\/local and organizational codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nA day in the life of&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a reliable source of information for infant products.<\/li>\n<li>Seeking and building strategic relations with Key HCPs.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities to ensure satisfaction of service levels based on need.<\/li>\n<li>Recommending investments and planning of activities for potential HCPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Issue Management\/Problem Solving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying issues preventing high performance in the territory and proffering relevant solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of progress made, while working to implement and modify strategies to achieve objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the implementation of the WHO Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Territory Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting and maintaining an updated HCP contact list, monitoring agreed call frequency, thus ensuring efficiency of coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and executing coverage by means of maintaining cycle detailing and all other marketing strategies set by Management.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular trade checks to ensure WHO\/local code compliance, product availability, market hygiene and completeness of product range, reporting competitive activities, stock levels and prices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will make you successful:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or its equivalent in either Nutrition \/ Dietetics or other Food-related Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical Sciences, or similar courses of study.<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211; 2 years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and appreciation of the WHO\/local code.<\/li>\n<li>Good relation-building\/stakeholder-management skills and a great deal of professionalism in relating with expecting mothers.<\/li>\n<li>Quick learning agility and assimilation of nutrition standards and relevant products.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and planning\/organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership\/Influence and good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be proactive and creative\/take initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability\/flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobdetails.nestle.com\/job\/Enugu\/821672601\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n1st July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We would be considering applicants as they apply, so please do not delay in submitting your application.<\/li>\n<li>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nestle Nigeria Plc &#8211; As the Leading Nutrition Health and Wellness Company, we are committed to enhancing People&#8217;s lives, everywhere, every day.
