Two decades later, with many learnings under our belts; our vision is much the same, \u201cTo be the most loved Quick Service Restaurant and Baked Goods brands across West Africa.\u201d We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruitment Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ilupeju, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work involved in key recruitment activities covering recruitment analysis, recruitment administration, development of job adverts, sourcing\/ headhunting, shortlisting, as well as supervising aptitude test administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source for applicants by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, social media, professional networks, job boards and internet sites;<\/li>\n<li>Improving value proposition of Food Concepts PLC by maintaining rapport with other professional bodies to build talent pool for various job roles in Food Concepts PLC.<\/li>\n<li>Determine job analyses by studying job descriptions and candidates\u2019 qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing CV\/Resumes; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc \/ HND in Human Resources or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year working experience in Consulting, FMCG orrelated industry<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration and\u00a0Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary Range: N100,000 &#8211; N120,000 Monthly (Net)<\/li>\n<li>Pension<\/li>\n<li>HMO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/wU3hezs5CXpdYiy16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food Concepts Plc (Owners of Chicken Republic, Pie Xpress and ChopBox) was incorporated on 6 December 1999 as Food Concepts &amp; Entertainment Limited and commenced operations in 2000.
