We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information;<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability;<\/li>\n<li>Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities;<\/li>\n<li>Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions;<\/li>\n<li>Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants;<\/li>\n<li>Gather personnel records from other departments or employees;<\/li>\n<li>Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants;<\/li>\n<li>Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence;<\/li>\n<li>Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations;<\/li>\n<li>Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants&#8217; employment acceptability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cvs@westfield-consulting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cvs@westfield-consulting<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Westfield Consulting was founded in January 2012, by a team of Nigerians with over 45 years of cumulative work experience in management and consultancy.
