We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Senior Public Relations Key Account Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type: F<\/strong>ull-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver quality ideas (together with a team) on clients\u2019 accounts to ensure 100% Client Retention and happiness.<\/li>\n<li>Pitch new ideas and engage in strategy sessions with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Upsell clients with ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Duties &amp; Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and\/or maintain client relationships at the highest standard of professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Must be pro-actively involved in current client activities; able to identify opportunities to organically grow business with current accounts; and able to identify potential risks and take appropriate action to retain or renew business.<\/li>\n<li>Help clients demonstrate the value of PR within their own organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop result-oriented strategic plans and lead ideation efforts to expand programs, resulting in maximum client satisfaction as well as in increasing agency revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior team members in the areas of strategic planning, editorial content development, ideation of content and media relations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage client campaign budgets to keep costs within clients&#8217; budget, within agreed deliverables, while ensuring that target agency revenues are met and that non-billable expenses are kept minimal.<\/li>\n<li>Develop original PR content for agency clients, including stories, scripts, and other forms of multimedia communication materials.<\/li>\n<li>Social media monitoring and community management.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate social media influencers and advocates.<\/li>\n<li>Working directly with creatives, brand strategists, project managers, producers, and other associates on assigned projects.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in new business development efforts i.e. active involvement in creating pitch decks and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with digital and email marketing teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for best ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and success of PR and digital marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other duties assigned to you by your Manager and the Chief Consulting Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s \/ Master&#8217;s Degree in relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>At least five (5) years\u2019 experience working in a creative agency\/media space.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse and interpret briefs using creative ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nNGN 250,000 \u2013 NGN 300,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:talent@redmediaafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">talent@redmediaafrica.com\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Red Media Africa (RED) is Africa&#8217;s leading omni-media company with a focus on the youth.
