{"id":164019,"date":"2022-07-07T08:00:37","date_gmt":"2022-07-07T07:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=164019"},"modified":"2022-07-07T20:23:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T19:23:55","slug":"levers-anchors-consulting-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/levers-anchors-consulting-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Levers &#038; Anchors Consulting Recent Job Recruitment &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Levers &amp; Anchors Consulting &#8211; Our client, a middle-size, rapidly growing, modern sales and service company, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Tech Automation Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organisational Introduction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client requires the services of an astute, tech-savvy and qualified professional (preferrably female) to handle its transitioning to full operational process automation.<\/li>\n<li>The position is middle level and has high leadership responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Technical expertise, Experience, professionalism and ability to relate to C-Suite Executives are key considerations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the operations and team and co-ordinate organizational strategic activities towards achieving automation of company processes as approved by the organization.<\/li>\n<li>This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day regular implementation of the set activities and reporting to the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage implementation process on a day-to-day basis to ensure desired outcome of integrate new technology into company&#8217;s operations processes.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal implementation of process activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and clarifications to core process team and field executives.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and enhance the operating team&#8217;s capability, technical understanding and mastery of process.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare time schedules for daily activities and conduct Daily Start and Daily Close Meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and Analyse Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports from team and executives and provide reports to the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and Present Progress Report to Monthly Management Meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and Co-ordinate Review Meetings for strategy implementation improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full provision and timely availability of functional facilities required for process implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage dedicated budget for incidental expenses and additional spending approved by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering course.<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc.
