Saroafrica is set to become a leading consumer, manufacturing, FMCG and integrated agricultural value chain group. In pursuit of this ambition Saroafrica is making significant investment in a Palm Plantation and Cassava to Ethanol Plant. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain executive&#8217;s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal\/external clients<\/li>\n<li>Handling executives\u2019 requests and queries appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Attend meeting giving input and taking minutes (including weekends), Paper and Documents reviews<\/li>\n<li>Track all business development activities, analyze progress in periods as determined by the Executive and suggest new strategies based on findings.<\/li>\n<li>Perform project management function at various levels from planning to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on feedback and Presentations on company work he assigns to fellow associates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal and external corporate documents for executive team members and industry partners<\/li>\n<li>Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a second-class upper University Degree in International Relations, Project Management, Human Resources, or similar area of expertise.<\/li>\n<li>2 years relevant experience in similar role Job<\/li>\n<li>Age Requirement: 23 &#8211; 28 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/saroafrica.com\/executive-assistant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n18th July, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saroafrica International Limited (\u2018Saro\u2019) is an indigenous private sector player with 3 decades of experience in Nigeria.
