We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Growth Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Growth<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate growth objectives to team members<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated communication documentation for Growth and Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of driver recruitment plans and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend new sources for growth<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Growth Processes are followed in line with documented procedures and standards<\/li>\n<li>Build networks to scale up Growth Operations<\/li>\n<li>Review Growth Team applicants to evaluate their fit for the role<\/li>\n<li>Manage and ensure that prospective champions receive a consistent high-quality experience across the funnel<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Training and Onboarding Team is thorough in the assessment of candidates<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Champions are provided with the right information before activation<\/li>\n<li>Research new ideas and anticipate future threats and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Analyze, identify and suggest untapped candidate pools<\/li>\n<li>Support in the building of a strong Driver and Customer community<\/li>\n<li>Drive marketing and brand development for MAX &#8211; People, Champions, Products and Service<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute detailed data-driven marketing and brand development strategy<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement creative and innovative out-of-the-box marketing campaigns to increase TOF<\/li>\n<li>Execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing campaigns and content strategy<\/li>\n<li>Research and activate new brand development channels<\/li>\n<li>Research and activate a diverse range of distribution channels for maximum visibility<\/li>\n<li>Manage creation, publishing and distribution of engaging images\/articles\/videos\/content<\/li>\n<li>Develop and leverage strategic partnerships and agencies to grow the MAX Brand<\/li>\n<li>Deliver daily\/weekly performance targets across all marketing\/engagement channels<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Implementation of the stated team and company strategies, goals, objectives and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the execution of strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Enforce the use of appropriate methods, frameworks and channels to source for and test candidates<\/li>\n<li>Management of external relationships e.g. recruitment agent\/agencies<\/li>\n<li>Optimize processes for effective and efficient budget use<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and oversee the Driver recruitment team<\/li>\n<li>Work with asset ops team to ensure that Champion activation process is error-free<\/li>\n<li>Work with line manager to prioritize business and information needs<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities to ensure team members are engaged in the tasks<\/li>\n<li>Understand recruitment and selection relatedness to workforce planning and its implications for productivity<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company&#8217;s mission and values<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labour regulations and business culture<\/li>\n<li>Coaching, managing, counselling, appraising and disciplining employees<\/li>\n<li>Developing, coordinating, enforcing and supporting systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Constant updates of TOF conversation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports for Senior Executive to show tasks in progress, number of candidates searched, found and recruited<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the record of individual performance of the telesales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with creating effective recruitment strategies<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of developing orientation systems and tools<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and applicable candidate databases<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Track record of managing recruiters for multiple clients<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Superb sales and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with people from all types of background<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solver, with a hands-on approach to planning and executing well<\/li>\n<li>A start-up attitude- willingness to work hard to get things done<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make a discretionary judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay &amp;
