We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Plant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers\u2019 expectations<\/li>\n<li>Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping<\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus<\/li>\n<li>Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime<\/li>\n<li>Commit to plant safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets<\/li>\n<li>Address employees\u2019 issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements<\/li>\n<li>Influence and learn from below<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Degree \/ HND in Mechanical\/ Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Plant Manager<\/li>\n<li>Proven managerial experience<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise<\/li>\n<li>Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create accountability and to lead by example<\/li>\n<li>Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN250,000 &#8211; N300,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:abujacway@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abujacway@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n12th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CWAY Water is undoubtedly today rated as the No.1 Nigerian market brand for 18.9 litre dispenser refilling water and dispenser machines.
