The studio is stocked with photography equipment that can be used for any shoot. OUR AIM: To make it easy for photographers, media houses, and creative agencies to hire a comfy place for their shoots. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Secretary \/ Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office<\/li>\n<li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail\/deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)<\/li>\n<li>Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock<\/li>\n<li>Prepare vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND or SSCE qualification<\/li>\n<li>Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and appearance<\/li>\n<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Customer service attitude<\/li>\n<li>A High School Diploma and additional certification in Office Management are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:davelolu@plugzoneonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">davelolu@plugzoneonline.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n8th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fogos Photo Studio is a modern photography studio located at Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
