We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Admiralty Way &#8211; Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire excellent staff.<\/li>\n<li>Hearing &amp; resolving employee conflicts through positive and professional mediation.<\/li>\n<li>Training, counselling and coaching of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Champion the onboarding and induction process, ensuring the process is done in smooth and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting and scheduling performance appraisals in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Recommending HRpoliciesand procedures as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining workplace health and safety compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring staff attendance and overtime.<\/li>\n<li>Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor scheduled absences such as leave or travel and liaise with managers to ensure that staff absence has been adequately covered for to avoid disruption to business activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR federal and state requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all staff operational resources\/materials are available (e.g. staff uniforms, name tags, ID cards etc).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that a proper filing system is maintained for all staff information and records.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and smooth run of the monthly payroll process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place<\/li>\n<li>Handle confidential matters with discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other necessary HR related duties and administrative tasks as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of HR laws and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Handle confidential matters with discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@pinnahfoods.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@pinnahfoods.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st July, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pinnah Foods Limited (The Ice Cream Factory &amp; Yin Yang Express) is an indigenous Food company with 7 outlets operating in the city of Lagos.
