We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Member, Voice, Video, Contact Center &amp; Wireless Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house wireless network services, Video and Voice services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure WLAN and LAN infrastructure capacity meets existing and future business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support, setup, and configure switching, wireless networks, routing, and security, and multi-server environments.<\/li>\n<li>Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining LAN and LAN network and telecommunication systems.<\/li>\n<li>Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for updating\/maintenance of business security and auditing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and other documentation for Network Services Support and associated efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated reports.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze network performance across the organization\u2019s LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the secure\/stable operation and efficient performance of company networks.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system capacity to determine its effect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and troubleshoot servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and so on.<\/li>\n<li>Test network\/server performance and provide network\/server performance statistics and reports;<\/li>\n<li>Proper update of IT asset documents, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to change policies and all IT Operations process\/procedures and Configuration items.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Network Availability &amp; Performance Monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house wireless network services, Video and Voice services.<\/li>\n<li>Developing wireless local area networks (WLANs) across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and resolve WLAN hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.<\/li>\n<li>This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure continuous uninterrupted operation of network and communication infrastructure within the frame of the agreed service levels.<\/li>\n<li>To manage business continuity and disaster recovery operations and ensure there is99.99% service Availability and zero data loss in the event of disaster events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in IT-related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of related experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate&#8217;s Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our ideal candidate must have the knowledge to support, set up, and configure switching, wireless networks, routing, security, and multi-server environments.
