We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing &amp; Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja &amp; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>External Relationships:<\/strong> Blue chip and SME clients to director level<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We require a marketing and sales representative for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional marketing our products and services to major brands and blue-chip companies.<\/li>\n<li>The role is suited to people who are \u2018sales hungry\u2019 and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Duties of the Post:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Hempawa Consult to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting Hempawa Consult to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.<\/li>\n<li>Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all service opportunities to Hempawa Consult are captured and explored.<\/li>\n<li>You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self-<\/li>\n<li>manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title.<\/li>\n<li>As a representative of Hempawa Consult at industry events and tradeshows, your professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Hempawa Consult procedure.<\/li>\n<li>A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of issues affecting consulting firms with same core business focus and collecting competitor intelligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time Allocation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80% new business pitches and meetings and generating new outbound business leads<\/li>\n<li>20% Developing proposals and strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree holder preferably in Social Sciences or any related field with a minimum of 1 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the service process<\/li>\n<li>Confident negotiator and ability to \u2018close the deal\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises<\/li>\n<li>Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions<\/li>\n<li>A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude to dealing with people<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual A sound understanding of our core businesses of Project Management,<\/li>\n<li>Procurement Management, and Human Capital Management, would be a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confidence to present a tailored presentation to potential client team by effectively using a range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tone etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools \/ sector specific targeting<\/li>\n<li>A detailed knowledge of Project Management, Procurement Management, Event Management and Leadership &amp;
