We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>HR Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> FMCG \/ Foods \/ Beverage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages production manpower deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and regularizes attendance and uploads daily attendance in operations<\/li>\n<li>Manages time keeping for classified staff. Also monitors late arrival, early departure and absenteeism.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and collates attendance report.<\/li>\n<li>Manages alternative work arrangements records i.e. out-duty management<\/li>\n<li>Manages leave policy assignments i.e. annual, casual, sick, compassionate leave.<\/li>\n<li>Edits, modifies and deletes leave records.<\/li>\n<li>Confirms and allocates manpower requirement before recruitment.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises production workers (Delog) at the point of admission.<\/li>\n<li>Inspects and monitors production workers, lines and activities within the production floor in relation to their attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares production manpower daily report of 3rd\u00a0party manpower providers<\/li>\n<li>Provides operational control of department functions within assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in keeping HR records and perform routine HR tasks when assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Manages staff data (Production, Engineering and Supply Chain).<\/li>\n<li>Assists in recruitment process\/onboarding in operations<\/li>\n<li>Prepares appraisal and confirmation letters.<\/li>\n<li>Processes and edits week off setup<\/li>\n<li>Creates, allocates and releases shift plans for all production staff<\/li>\n<li>Handles all HR related issues i.e. queries, warning and termination letters, medical forms, pay-slips etc.<\/li>\n<li>Produces Monthly HR Metrics for reporting &amp; control purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous Experience in FMCG industry<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Payroll\/Finance qualification or equivalent experience in previous role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>HRIMS working knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Experience in People Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alanandgrant.zohorecruit.com\/recruit\/PortalDetail.na?iframe=true&amp;digest=rbvoMH8jlrfU2TPRxKEvynGAUnkE7bVo.a85bxdBEmQ-&amp;jobid=444948000034851858&amp;widgetid=444948000000072311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alan &amp; Grant &#8211; Our work is focused on creating innovative HR and Organizational Development Solutions aimed at Performance Improvement &amp; Business Growth.
