We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business &amp; Partnership Development Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently recruiting dynamic, creative, flexible, and experienced team members with a passion for everything technology and a commitment to add their quota to the success of our vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of Mkobo Revenue and profitability goals.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and achieve the business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the growth of Mkobo\u2019s products through exceptional management of existing partnership relationships and signing up new partners.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for identifying and driving engagements with target Companies for Early-pay partnership opportunities and their seamless onboarding strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent growth of the Bank\u2019s risk assets and liabilities in line with defined targets.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate Mkobo\u2019s service promise to existing and prospective customers\/partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that long-term customer relationship is maintained to achieve the goals of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct direct marketing of the Company\u2019s products and services to help maximize revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop new customer accounts, and liaise with the operations team to onboard the Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Define, measure, monitor and report via a dashboard on marketing &amp; sales KPI and metrics on a weekly and monthly basis and suggest improvements on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.<\/li>\n<li>To study the market conditions, and competitions, and identify gaps within the market and the substitutes coming into the market.<\/li>\n<li>To organize activities relating to sales and marketing promotions that will help increase awareness and generate new business.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in a business-related discipline (additional qualification or degree in any finance or business-related discipline may be an advantage).<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of four (4) years post-qualification experience out of which, at least three (3) must have been in the financial services industry.<\/li>\n<li>Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practicals.<\/li>\n<li>Financial services or technology company experience will be beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and PowerPoint;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and the current trends<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relationship building and customer management<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and knowledge of the low-income market<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending, payroll lending and public sector credit products.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Micro, small and medium enterprise market and lending methodology especially around POS products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and managing a highly efficient marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Strong marketing and business development skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral, written, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership, Supervision and Coaching skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented, needs to be focused and achieve targets<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organization skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Behaviors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ethical, high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and listening skills and team player<\/li>\n<li>Professional, responsible and accountable<\/li>\n<li>Quality and customer focused, open to ideas and change<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to the Company\u2019s vision and values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/a.peoplehum.com\/yzwep\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only Females are advised to apply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mkobo Microfinance Bank is a young and dynamic CBN licensed MFBank with a vision to promote financial inclusion in Nigeria by leveraging technology.
