We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Team Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Partners &amp; Brands<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Your Work-life Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this role you will be part of the Sales Team at Glovo, working closely with the Head for your region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nBe a part of a team where you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a partner portfolio from scratch and negotiate the best products in your city to deliver it to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Lead from the front in closing deals and providing the best onboarding experience to your partners.<\/li>\n<li>Meet monthly objectives defined by the Sales Director<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Sales Operation Manager + Marketing team + Key Accounts Sales + Account Management team<\/li>\n<li>Lead, Train and motivate the Sales Team.<\/li>\n<li>Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou Have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in high-performance sales<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience in a startup \/ high-demanding environment is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Sales hunger is a must!
