We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Recruiter<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Recruitment matters across the Agent &amp; Merchant Acquisition Team<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee database.<\/li>\n<li>Design and update job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)<\/li>\n<li>Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates<\/li>\n<li>Screen incoming resumes and application forms<\/li>\n<li>Interview candidates (via phone, virtual)<\/li>\n<li>Advertise job openings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>Send job offer emails and responds to issues on compensation and benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ BA \/ BSc in relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>2 years or more proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases<\/li>\n<li>Experience with sourcing techniques<\/li>\n<li>Solid verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgement<\/li>\n<li>Experience within the Financial Sector\/FinTech is required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to tight schedule, handle large recruitment needs within a short deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:myapplication603@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myapplication603@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n12th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania and expanding to other markets in this year.
