\nDevelop, document, and enhance technology for the firm\u2019s Business initiatives as well as re-engineer and document IS-impacting cross-functional business processes<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTIONS
\n\u2022 Plays key role in the management and implementation of all Enterprise initiatives and IS solutions implementation
\n\u2022 Evaluates end-user requirements and constraints to get a thorough understanding and ensure they are met and Serves as a liaison between the customer and the development team
\n\u2022 Elicit requirements from business or technical customers and clarify business and user requirements
\n\u2022 Validate requirements with customer
\n\u2022 Perform requirements analysis and documentation as well as stakeholder analysis and management
\n\u2022 Identify improvements to existing solutions and business processes
\n\u2022 Conduct preliminary investigation of solution
\n\u2022 Facilitate Functional Joint Application design (JAD) sessions
\n\u2022 Document\/review functional specification
\n\u2022 Review test plans and reports to ensure that all business requirements are met throughout the testing process
\n\u2022 Provide input to the development of end-user training content for use in instructor-led and technology-based training and support to end users after the delivery of a solution
\n\u2022 Coordinate and manage the implementation of selected business initiatives from concept to closing
\n\u2022 Manage vendor relations in the delivery of solutions<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2022 3-4 years hands-on experience in a BA capacity
\n\u2022 Demonstrable experience in consistently delivering the above responsibilities across one or many industries to deliver improved business processes
\n\u2022 Experience in delivering simple and creative solutions to complex problems
\n\u2022 Demonstrable experience of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems, and a proven track record using the Software Development Life Cycle
\n\u2022 Experience of the whole project life cycle, with the ability to operate effectively from the initial conceptual design stage, through to system testing, and at each stage in between
\n\u2022 Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification, and product management skills
\n\u2022 Possesses knowledge of telecommunication IT infrastructure
\n\u2022 Possesses knowledge of enterprise resources planning
\n\u2022 Possesses technical knowledge such as databases, programming languages, system architecture, etc\u2026
\n\u2022 Should know how to design and draw use case diagrams, business model diagrams, flowcharts etc…<\/p>\n
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
\nA good first degree in any discipline.<\/p>\n
