We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Account Assistant will work hand-in-hand with the Accountant in preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Also to assist in other aspects, generate a summary of the current financial status by collecting information; and as well as preparing a Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and other reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accounts and balance sheets, profit and loss accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of debit\/ credit for all suppliers\/ contractors and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Allocation of funds to various departments as per budget provisions.<\/li>\n<li>Checking of bills with respect to terms and conditions of contract\/order.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and submitting a periodical statement of accounts to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure bank payments, PAYEand statutory payments are paid as at when due.<\/li>\n<li>To attend to all cash flow.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on the company\u2019s debtor.<\/li>\n<li>Work on client management and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure requisitions approval and disbursement of all payments are being followed up with the Accountant.<\/li>\n<li>To perform administrative function of interfacing with the clients at the office on matters related to accounting transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of payment receipts and invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of Clients&#8217; documents\/files and ensure proper record keeping for all clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in computing taxes owed and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good Accuracy skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 &#8211; N80,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application \/ CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@costarchem.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@costarchem.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costarchem Nigeria is a world leader in the delivery of tailored constructive solutions for virtually any type of construction project, combining high-quality products, expert technical support, customer service and innovation&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Costarchem Nigeria Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
