They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Programs and Events<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos\u00a0(With the possibility of travel).<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time\u00a0(Hybrid)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head, Programs and Event is tasked with developing programs to support the organization&#8217;s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to ensure every event is successful and that all events meet budgetary requirements including vendor sales and control of expenditures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This includes overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached as well as maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, creativity and performance consistently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals\/objectives<\/li>\n<li>Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department<\/li>\n<li>Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>Previous stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Proven proposal writing experience<\/li>\n<li>Program and project development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specific Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to optimise productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Looking for a company to grow with and add your talents, ideas and strategies to our success to make us even better than we are today.<\/li>\n<li>A future leader in the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 official working hours (However, you may be required to be available during weekends and holidays due to the exigencies of the industry).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiable based on expertise<\/li>\n<li>Employee discounts on services, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/LPHoPrograms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sratch Board &#8211; Our client, LP House of Creatives is expanding.
