We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Construction Planner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Functionally Reports to<\/strong>:\u00a0Senior Construction Planner<br \/>\n<strong>Administratively,\u00a0Reports to:<\/strong>\u00a0Construction Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing input to the project execution plan.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing all project related correspondences received and advising the Project Manager of any problem areas together with identification of any changes to the Contract.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and monitoring systems and policies to ensure that projects are undertaken cost effectively and in compliance with company policies and statutory obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of project cost and planning performance against budget and schedule forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing \/ reviewing regular and timely progress reports, detailing progress against plans and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the processes for planning projects and identifying costs, time and quality issues so that they can be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing liaison with other members of the project team, suppliers, and clients to identify opportunities for developing and implementing more effective systems and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating all warranties, performance bonds and insurance and ensuring that they are in place in accordance with the Contract and any subcontract condition<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring key project dates.<\/li>\n<li>Attending all meeting concerning progress, technical, contractual matters, and taking and making sure the minutes are recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the project closeout report.<\/li>\n<li>Overall contract administration.<\/li>\n<li>Overall project administration.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up the work \/ cost breakdown structure.<\/li>\n<li>Appraising commercial \/ contractual \/ budget \/ schedule matters on project POs, subcontracts, change orders.<\/li>\n<li>Set, define and amend the project services procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Engineering or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant project Management training and certification.<\/li>\n<li>5 years relevant experience in project planning, estimating, purchasing, logistics and contract administration, preferably gained within the onshore construction industry<\/li>\n<li>Must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monthly Net Salary Range (Dependent on Experience)<\/strong><br \/>\nsenior:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N500,000 &#8211; N600,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Intermediate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N350,000 &#8211; N450,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=MBVksMj8uEO3AOnQnrQH5meZoeZtsBJLguwS94ilunxUQkwwUlVEUE1ZVEZPRTRHT001VDBKMzJaUy4u&amp;utm_source=HNJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amazon Energy Limited is a leader in the provision of innovative Integrated Energy Services, primarily to the Petroleum sectors.
